Hey everyone, today I wanted to cover 3 of the best exercises to keep little minds busy. As a parent it’s so important to keep the little ones preoccupied and healthy, so I thought why not show you how to do both at the same time!
Walking
The one we always overlook, walking! Driving out to the nearest mountain and trekking part way up, seeing the sights and feeling the wind up your back is such an amazing feeling. Walking in the local fields, walking through towns and sight seeing, there’s so much that can be done with walking and you build your health whilst seeing so many sights too.
It’s dependant where you live, but if you are seaside you have so many scenic walks at your disposal, if you are in the city you can see some of the sights that people from all over the world come to see, and if you are in the country you can see wildlife that will captivate your childrens minds!
Cycling
Cycling has so many benefits for your childrens health and is so much quicker than walking. You can see 10x as many things on a cycling journey with your kids and they will love every step along the way. If your car suits and you can get the attachments you can also take your kids cycling in some other amazing places too.
The other best part about cycling is it can really work your childrens core and legs, so when it comes to bed time, out like a light, that’s what we want to see!
Yoga
I wanted to throw in a curveball and this is it! It’s not only fun and relaxing, but it’s hilarious when you try it with your kids. Holding funny positions, climbing on you to help you out, you helping your children into cool positions and holding, it can really boost their flexibility and strength and is super easy for them to do as they’re so light.
Conclusion
There are so many exercises that you can do with your kids to keep them busy and keep their minds active. You can see the city, the wildlife, the water, or whatever you have outside your front door, there’s an adventure everywhere and even an adventure inside too.
