Florida man December 24th – Florida man dies when parachute does not deploy
On the morning of December 24th, a Florida man was skydiving in a town 43 miles outside of Orlando when his parachute would not open. According to a press release from the Deland police department, his parachute had malfunctioned leading to the freefall & impact.

A witness to the impact was seen telling other locals “it was carnage, I ran to his body but there was just nothing left”. Another witness told us “one day before Christmas too, I doubt his family will ever recover”.
The mans remains were handed over to the Volusia County Medical examiner to determine the exact cause of death, with authorities believing that he may have strangulated before impacting on the ground.
