Florida man August 31st – Florida man mauled and killed by pet cat
A Florida man was mauled to death by his pet cat on August 31st after slipping in the kitchen and falling onto the food bowl. The cat in question, named ‘Bubbles’ then attacked the man and killed him as a territorial maneuver for interrupting his feed.
Footage of the incident was saved on the man’s Alexa system and shown to the local authorities when they were deciding on treating the death as suspicious or not, and on the footage it showed the cat latching to the jugular before attacking the vein directly.
How he was found
The Florida man in question, named Jimmy Sinns, was found at his apartment by his girlfriend days later when she returned from a girls trip to San Francisco. We caught up with the Florida man’s girlfriend, named Lucy Burns, and she told us “the cat was such a loving creature, I’m in absolute shock”.
The future of the cat
Unfortunately the cat has been warranted to be put to sleep, due to the violent tendencies that it has shown.
A witness at the hearing for the cat described the moment as incredibly sad, “the cat was only defending its source of food, it’s an animal and should be judged on a survival basis”.
Our thoughts
Wow, I don’t know what sort of meth they put in the water in Florida but it isn’t even the men that it sends loopy anymore, it’s the Florida cats too.
